The ability to receive training and take the exam in Poland is a huge advantage for all potential foreign workers.
Training is divided into two types, depending on the job position held
The training, which ends with an exam, is aimed at line workers.
The training lasts 8 hours, the exam consists of 40 questions, lasts 60 minutes – the training and exam is conducted in Polish.
Training ending with an exam, dedicated to executives.
Training lasts 8 hours, the exam consists of 70 questions, lasts 105 minutes – training is conducted in Polish exams are conducted in Dutch, German and English.
Completion by the employee of an 8-hour training course conducted by certified trainers and a positive assessment of the VCA exam, now also organized in Poland, results in the issuance of an international certificate that certifies the employee’s competence to work safely in companies where the VCA standard has been implemented.
Any company that has VCA certification provides a safe workplace and allows it to employ only properly trained people, thereby maximizing workplace safety. However, there are several high-risk industries where the VCA system is most commonly implemented: petrochemical, construction, engineering, electrical, transportation, mechanical, scaffolding insulation and heavy industry.
